CDRE France
The “Club des Directeurs de la Restauration et d’Exploitation France (CDRE France)” is an association which exits from 35 years. Its members are Hotel Food and Beverage Managers and Hotel General Manager who were Hotel Food and Beverage Managers in the past. Today the “Club” is composed of about 100 members. Two aims : meetings around professional subjects and transmission to students, next professionnal managers. It’s why, 24 years ago, the “Club” created the CDRE Trophee which the only french management competition for Hotel Industry.
