HIGH TOUCH VS. HIGH TECH

The digital and technological revolution has been going on for a long time, but has significantly increased in speed during recent years. It has had great economic impact and without it, globalization would not have happened as fast as it did.

The way companies interact with each other and with their customers has changed tremendously, as smaller companies suddenly gained access to much larger markets. In addition, thanks to decreasing technology costs, many innovations that impact our daily lives were rapidly made possible.
