BATTLE OF THE BRANDS

February 16 & 17th 2020 – 12th edition | Maastricht (NL)

Guest loyalty is more than someone enjoying their stay. It is them enjoying it so much that they become a brand ambassador. In today’s highly competitive world of hospitality, these loyal guests are increasingly important. They are the type of guests that don’t mind if other hotels offer lower rates, since they already have trust in a specific business. The type of guest that each hotel would love to have! But there is one challenge: guest loyalty changes just as frequently as the wants and needs of guests do. For hotels, staying one step ahead of changing demands, creating a strategy to retain loyal guests and diversifying their offer is key.
